Going to Anjali for therapy has turned out to be & by far the best decision I even made. I was struggling with multiple health issues which were hindering my routine life. My thyroid was irregular, I had just caught up with pre diabetes, I was gaining weight too rapidly and I was constantly getting severe anxiety attacks. When I tuned in for session, I had no idea how it would go. But Kudos to Anjali for not just conducting therapy, she even went ahed one step by having discussions with my then doctor and gym trainer to get the idea & gravity of the issue I was facing. And during the session also, the comfort and security she gave me was something because of which I was able to open to her freely. Once she had the clear idea on my mental health, she taught me on how to accept my chronic conditions and live a healthy life.
