Clients I Work With
I enjoy working with individuals who are open, curious, and willing to explore themselves - even if that journey feels uncomfortable at times.
My Story
Psychology, for me, began as curiosity - but it soon became a purpose. I was deeply intrigued by understanding human thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and more importantly, how I could use that understanding to support people through their struggles. Over time, this curiosity transformed into a commitment - to create a space where individuals feel heard, understood, and supported in their journey toward healing.
My Approach
While many approaches focus on changing thoughts or fixing problems, I believe in going deeper - understanding the core beliefs that shape our experiences. My work is rooted in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), where we gently uncover and work through the roots, not just the surface.

Clients I Work With
I enjoy working with individuals who are curious, motivated to grow, and open to being challenged in ways that help them evolve.
My Story
Since my teenage years, I found myself naturally being someone people turned to for support - listening, understanding, and helping them navigate their struggles. Over time, I realized this wasn't just something I did - it was something I was meant to do. This led me to formally pursue psychology, so I could refine my skills and support people more meaningfully.
My Approach
I believe every individual already has the potential to become their best version. Sometimes, all that's needed is the right space and support to ignite that will. My approach is rooted in humanistic principles - focusing on growth, self-awareness, and inner strength.
Our Shared Philosophy
“We believe therapy is about having someone to rely on - someone who is present, consistent, and genuinely there for you through your journey.”
